True to its name, Misto (which means “mixed” in Italian) at the Seda Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig offers a wide array of local and international gourmet dishes which you can eat on an unlimited basis at a reasonable price.

But unlike many of its rivals that serve a hodgepodge of entrees that may look attractive but actually fail to deliver in taste, Misto provides great-tasting, top quality food made from fresh authentic ingredients and carefully prepared by experienced chefs hailing from here and abroad. Its service crew of waiters are well-trained to efficiently cater to your needs.

Started seven years ago with a 50-person capacity on the ground floor of the Seda Hotel, Misto has since made waves in the heart of the BGC business district and has gained many loyal patrons who appreciate its high standards in food quality, service, and ambience.

From its humble beginnings, Misto is now housed in Seda’s new expansion tower in the same vicinity. It has been expanded into a sprawling area which can seat 220 patrons. The place exudes a cozy elegant ambience with even better interiors, bigger space, food stations, and a show kitchen which lets you view the chefs at work. There is a private dining room for 10, and a semi-private area for bigger parties of up to 30.

Misto prides itself on its food stations and massive food spread which offer appetizers, salads, seafood, meats, noodles, desserts, and lots more.

The salad station offers several tantalizing salad dressings to top your salads with, and Parma ham and other cold cuts to get you started on your eating binge. You can also find cantaloupe, mango and other luscious fruits in season if you want to mix them in with your salad or eat them as dessert.

To spice things up, check out the Indian food station which serves authentic chicken tandoori cooked to perfection in a real tandoor oven.

Take as much tempura, sashimi and sushi as you want at the Japanese station. That is, if you can wait because they get depleted so easily as soon as they are served.

Or how about some yummy dimsum and a hot bowl of noodles at the Chinese section? You can customize it to suit your taste.

And don’t fail to try Misto’s bestsellers which include roast beef at the carving station, Osso Bucco lamb shanks, grilled prawns, crispy tadyang, bagnet, Napoletana pizza, Paella Valenciana, seafood skewers, and beef caldereta. Surely one trip around the buffet stations will not be enough to sample all of these delectable must-haves!

Of special note is the roast beef, which is cooked to fork-tender perfection and bursting with flavors that will keep you going back for more.

The grilled prawns are just as popular, but as with the tempura, you will really have to be vigilant and patient to wait for new servings because these run out too quickly.

To end your meal, do sample Misto’s delightful pastries, tarts, and cakes at the dessert station to satisfy that sweet tooth. In this section, you should definitely sample the chocolate mango panna cotta and the cheese cakes.

The best part of all is that you can have your fill at Misto for only P888 per head for either breakfast or lunch.

If you’re a light eater, you may also order Misto’s bestsellers a la carte.

And as the place gets filled up fast, you are encouraged to make a reservation beforehand.
