Tivoli Garden Residences Staycation Experience

For my long weekend staycation during the Eid al-Adha holiday, I was invited to stay in a studio unit with balcony in the Iris Building of Tivoli Garden Residences.

Here’s a photo essay of my experience.

This is the main lobby. On the 2^nd floor is the gym. You won’t really have to use this lobby because every building has their own lobby and you can just ask your taxi driver to drop you off to your desired building.

As mentioned earlier, Tivoli Garden Residences has a resort-like atmosphere and lots of open spaces.

At the center of the property are the swimming pools. It’s just a few steps away from the residential buildings

 

As expected, the studio unit is just small but have basic things that you need for your staycation.

The kitchen is the first thing you’ll see as you enter the unit.

As you can see there’s no cooking equipments so you won’t be able to cook.

But, there’s a good size refrigerator and microwave oven so you can just buy cooked meals outside and reheat it.

By the way, I saw two “sari-sari” stores inside the complex so you can buy basic necessities there.

Across the kitchen is the bathroom with hot shower

The dining area is good for two people but there’s also available chairs and table in the balcony.

Have your coffee while enjoying the morning sun with the Makati/Mandaluyong City skyline view

Here’s the living/sleeping area

There are available pillows, blankets and towel in the cabinet.

For the guest’s entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV with TV Plus. No wifi and cable tv yet though.

For me, the biggest advantage of Tivoli Garden Residences is it is very near the different business districts and entertainment areas. It is ideal not only for staycation but also for those attending business meetings and conferences in Makati.
